Yukerja Summary

The Social Media Manager role at Esensi Digital is curated from Glints (category Marketing & Penjualan). Note the work location (Kelapa Dua) before applying. Yukerja.com is not the employer — applications are handled on the official source site.

Are you a social media leader who owns outcomes, not just calendars? We're looking for a Project Lead for one of our services: Social Media Management, to take end-to-end accountability for a portfolio of client accounts to owning strategy, client results, delivery quality, and the commercial health of every engagement.

This is an ownership role, not a pure execution one. You won't sit inside a single content team posting on schedule. You'll run a book of accounts, direct shared creative and production resources to serve them, hold the line on scope and profitability, and answer for the results.

If you've outgrown "manage the content calendar" and want to own the P&L logic of how social media work actually gets delivered, let's talk.

What You'll Do

1. Ownership & Accountability

  • Take full ownership of a portfolio of client accounts, you are the single point of accountability for outcomes, retention, and delivery health across that book.
  • Carry two distinct sets of KPIs and keep them separate: client KPIs (engagement, reach, growth, conversion contribution) and role/operational KPIs (delivery efficiency, on-time rate, account profitability).
  • Own the relationship and the narrative: translate performance into clear stories for stakeholders, and proactively flag and correct accounts that drift off-track.

2. Strategy & Client Outcomes

  • Formulate end-to-end, data-driven social strategies for B2B and B2C clients on Instagram, and could be on TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X in the future.
  • Tie every content decision to a defined business goal, lead generation, brand awareness, community, or conversion, not activity for its own sake.
  • Attend pitches and alignment meetings; present strategy and manage client feedback and expectations professionally.

3. Commercial Discipline & Scope Management

  • Own the scope-to-contract relationship for every account: ensure what's delivered matches what's contracted, and surface scope creep before it erodes the engagement.
  • Protect delivery profitability, manage revision cycles, channel additions, and ad-hoc requests against the agreed statement of work.
  • Partner with the Business/Commercial team on renewals, upsell opportunities, and re-scoping conversations grounded in delivered value.4.

4. Leadership via Shared Resources (Matrix)

  • Direct shared creative and production resources to serve your accounts, you lead through influence and clear briefs, not by owning a dedicated standalone team.
  • Set best practices, content standards, and quality gates; review output before it reaches the client.
  • Mentor and guide junior collaborators where applicable.

5. Cross-Functional Integration

  • Partner with the other Channel Project Lead team to reinforce one another on the integrated projects.
  • Oversee Influencer/KOL campaigns when required.

6. Analysis & Reporting

  • Track performance with analytics tools and compile structured monthly reports with actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
  • Stay ahead of platform trends, algorithm shifts, and emerging formats to keep clients relevant.

What We're Looking For

- Experience & Background

  1. Minimum 4 years in social media strategy and management, with a track record of owning accounts end-to-end, not just executing briefs.
  2. Prior experience in a Digital or Creative Agency is required, you know how to run multiple accounts, fast turnarounds, and diverse client needs simultaneously.
  3. Demonstrated ownership of client outcomes, retention, and the commercial side of delivery (scope, profitability, renewals).
  4. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, Creative Media, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

- Core Skills

  1. Strong command of social KPIs and the discipline to manage role/operational metrics alongside client metrics.
  2. Comfortable leading through a matrixed, shared-resource model rather than a captive team.
  3. Commercial literacy: scope management, statements of work, and profitable delivery.
  4. Clear, concise communication and the ability to turn data into decisions and stories.
  5. A proven portfolio of managed and grown accounts (attach a link or document with your application).

Why Join Us?

  1. Own social media outcomes end-to-end, lead strategy and accountability, not just execution.
  2. Run a real portfolio of accounts in a results-driven, commerce-focused agency.
  3. Direct shared creative and production firepower to do your best work.
  4. Be part of a fast-paced team that values ownership, clarity, and accountability.

Think you can own it? If you're ready to lead with strategy, hold the line on quality and scope, and answer for real results. Send your resume and portfolio our way.
