Customer Service Executive (English Speaker)

Responsibilities:

• Handle user complaints which manifest as incoming tickets in resolution tools.

• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

• Exceed customers' expectations in terms of service quality and accuracy of information.

• Work collaboratively in a team to achieve required KPI elements and SLA targets.

• Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints through various communication channels.

• Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

• Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

• Ensure customer satisfaction and deliver professional customer support.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a Contact Center/Customer Service environment. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.

• Required languages: Strong English proficiency (at least at B1 Level - spoken and written), B2 will be preferable.

• Strong Bahasa Melayu proficiency.

• Must be willing to work on a 24/7 rotational shift.

• 5 working days, 9-hour shift inclusive of 1-hour break and short breaks.

• Full training program will be provided for new hires.

• Must be willing to commute and work in Yogyakarta City (WFO) - Sleman City Hall.
