Requirements:
- Minimum High School diploma or equivalent.
- Valid certifications in Lifeguarding, CPR, and First Aid (mandatory).
- Prior lifeguard or aquatic safety experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of water safety, rescue techniques, and emergency response.
- Excellent swimming skills and physical fitness to perform rescues.
- Service-oriented and professional in assisting guests.
- Willing to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Good English communication skills

Job Desc:
- Monitor swimming pools and aquatic areas to ensure guest safety.
- Prevent accidents by enforcing pool rules and educating swimmers on safe behavior.
- Respond immediately to water-related and on-land emergencies; perform rescues, First Aid, and CPR.
- Inspect and maintain safety equipment (rescue tubes, first aid kits, AEDs) and report issues.
- Keep pool and aquatic facilities safe, clean, and ready for guest use.
- Record and report incidents, accidents, and rule violations accurately to management.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting members/guests courteously.
- Participate in regular training sessions, drills, and skill refreshers.
- Collaborate with fellow lifeguards and staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
