WE ARE HIRING – VIDEOGRAPHER

Kualifikasi:

* Mengerti teknik lighting (indoor & outdoor)

* Bisa setting kamera (manual exposure, shutter, aperture, ISO)

* Terbiasa shooting pakai kamera & iPhone

* Paham framing, angle, dan cinematic movement

* Cepat adaptasi dengan konsep konten yang dinamis

Nilai plus:

* Mengerti basic color grading

* Paham ritme konten TikTok / Reels

* Bisa kerja cepat dan detail

Kami cari yang bisa bikin visual punya rasa.

1. Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK

2. Pengalaman menjadi editor minimal 1 tahun

3. Terbiasa bekerja dengan tenggat waktu yang cepat.

Kualifikasi :

Mahir Adobe Premiere Pro atau CapCut
Paham color grading, audio mixing, motion graphic dasar
Bisa susun cerita visual yang engaging (storytelling, timing musik, transisi)
Teliti & disiplin (naming file, sync audio, backup)
Paham format video untuk Youtube, TikTok, IG, dll.
Mohon melampirkan cv, portofolio & link gdrive berisi hasil karya konten video.
