About the role

As an Account Manager (Marketing & Sales) at PT Primanusa Globalindo, you will play a crucial role in managing and growing our client relationships. This full-time position is based in BSD, Tangerang, Banten, and will see you working closely with our Marketing team to deliver exceptional service and support to our valued customers.

What you'll be doing

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring exceptional customer service and support

  • Proactively identify and address client needs, developing tailored solutions to meet their marketing objectives

  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to execute strategic campaigns and initiatives that drive client satisfaction and retention

  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and progress, and provide regular updates to management

  • Assist with the development of client proposals, presentations, and other deliverables

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your client portfolio

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the service and value you provide

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a client-facing or account management role in the heavy equipment leasing and sales, bus sales, bus body manufacturing, vehicle air conditioning sales, mining and oil and gas industries.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with a focus on delivering customized solutions.

  • Proficient in using CRM systems and the MS Office suite to effectively manage client information and deliverables.

  • A team player with a positive attitude and a genuine interest in the marketing and communications industry.

  • Fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing.
