Requirement:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, Hospitality, Retail Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Clienteling, Customer Experience, Retail Marketing, or Customer Loyalty.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (both written and spoken).
- Mandarin or other foreign languages is an advantage.
- Minimum 1–2 years in a supervisory role is preferred.
- Experience in Luxury Retail, Premium Retail, Jewelry, Watch, or High-End Consumer Brands is highly preferred.
- Proven experience managing VIP customers and customer loyalty programs.
- Strong understanding of CRM strategy and customer lifecycle management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret customer data and generate actionable insights.
- Experience in customer segmentation, database management, and campaign performance analysis.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, Lookup Functions, Data Analysis) and PowerPoint.
- Familiar with customer journey mapping and clienteling best practices.
- Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays when supporting events.
