Job Description
• Campaign Strategy: Plan and execute integrated marketing communication (IMC) campaigns to promote products, services, or events.
• Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and mentor the marcom team, delegating tasks and evaluating daily performance.
• Content & Brand Management: Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, ensuring all materials align with brand guidelines and tone of voice.
• Event & Activation Coordination: Lead the planning and execution of exhibitions, product launches, and promotional events.
• Public Relations & Media: Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and stakeholders to maximize press coverage and organic reach.
• Budget & Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign metrics, analyze return on investment (ROI), and prepare detailed reports.
Key Requirements (Qualifications)
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Typically 1 to 3 years of hands-on marketing communication or event supervision experience.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Hard Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing tools (SEO/SEM, social media management, email marketing) and design software (e.g., Canva, Capcut, Google Sheets).
• Soft Skills: Creative thinking, strong project management, problem-solving, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
