? Location: Bali, Bingin
? Office: Bingin
? Schedule: 5,5 days per week
? Working hours: 09:00 – 17:00 (1-hour lunch break)
Responsibilities:
Organize and supervise finishing works on construction sites.
Coordinate subcontractors and construction teams to ensure efficient workflow.
Monitor work quality, project deadlines, and compliance with project documentation.
Review and interpret technical drawings and construction documentation.
Manage tasks, progress tracking, and reporting using Bitrix.
Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and the project team.
Ensure compliance with construction standards, quality requirements, and health & safety regulations.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Manager / Foreman (finishing works)
• Strong knowledge of structure processes and technologies
• Must have an established team of skilled finishing workers, including specialists in tiling, painting, skirting board installation, and other interior finishing works.
• Ability to read technical drawings
• Basic knowledge of SketchUp and AutoCAD
• Experience working with Bitrix
• English level: Intermediate
• Strong organizational, leadership, and responsibility skills
