- Sertifikasi Microsoft 365
- Siap bergabung dengan maksimal 1 week notice period
- Pendidikan minimal S1 di bidang Teknik Informatika, Sistem Informasi, Ilmu Komputer, atau jurusan terkait.
- Memiliki pengalaman sebagai Microsoft 365 Engineer / Microsoft Administrator minimal 3–5 tahun.
- Wajib memiliki sertifikasi Microsoft 365 yang masih aktif (seperti Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert atau sertifikasi Microsoft 365 yang relevan).
- Memiliki pengalaman dalam administrasi dan pengelolaan layanan Microsoft 365, termasuk Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, dan Microsoft Teams.
- Memahami konfigurasi dan administrasi Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory), Conditional Access, dan Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
- Berpengalaman dalam manajemen user, group, licensing, serta identity & access management.
- Memahami Microsoft Intune dan Mobile Device Management (MDM) menjadi nilai tambah.
- Memiliki pengalaman dalam implementasi Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance, seperti Microsoft Defender dan Microsoft Purview menjadi nilai tambah.
Key Responsibilities
- Mendesain, membangun, dan mengelola infrastruktur cloud pada Microsoft Azure.
- Mengimplementasikan Infrastructure as Code (IaC) menggunakan Terraform, Bicep, atau Azure Resource Manager (ARM) Templates.
- Membangun, mengelola, dan mengoptimalkan pipeline Continuous Integration dan Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) menggunakan Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, atau tools sejenis.
- Mengelola, mengonfigurasi, dan memelihara lingkungan Microsoft 365.
- Melakukan administrasi Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, dan Microsoft Entra ID.
- Melakukan monitoring, troubleshooting, dan penyelesaian insiden terkait layanan Microsoft 365.
- Mengimplementasikan dan memelihara kebijakan keamanan, Conditional Access, dan Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
- Mendukung proses migrasi, deployment, dan integrasi layanan Microsoft 365 sesuai kebutuhan bisnis.
- Berkolaborasi dengan tim internal dan stakeholder untuk memastikan layanan Microsoft 365 berjalan optimal dan aman.
