Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to lead our Central Kitchen operations specializing in Indonesian cuisine. In this role, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring product consistency, maintaining food quality standards, and leading menu innovation while supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the daily operations of the Central Kitchen.
Develop innovative Indonesian menu concepts while maintaining authentic flavors and brand standards.
Standardize recipes and continuously improve production processes.
Monitor food cost, yield, productivity, and kitchen efficiency.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and HACCP standards.
Drive continuous improvement to enhance product quality and operational performance.
Qualifications
Minimum 7 years of experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef.
Strong expertise in Indonesian cuisine.
Experienced in managing high-volume kitchen operations.
Good understanding of food cost management and inventory control.
Familiar with HACCP and food safety regulations.
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
