Key Responsibilities

• Conduct geological mapping, prospecting, sampling, trenching, and exploration activities.

• Supervise and manage diamond drilling, RC drilling, and other exploration programs.

• Perform geological and geotechnical logging of drill cores and drill cuttings.

• Interpret geological, geochemical, geophysical, and drilling data to identify and evaluate mineralization.

• Assist in geological modelling, resource evaluation, and exploration target generation.

• Prepare technical reports, geological interpretations, and exploration updates.

• Maintain accurate geological databases and exploration records.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support exploration and resource development projects.

• Ensure all work is carried out safely and in compliance with company and regulatory requirements.


Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Geology, Applied Geology, Earth Sciences, or a related discipline.


Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in mineral exploration.

• Experience in one or more of the following commodities will be an advantage:

o Iron Ore (Fe)

o Gold (Au)

o Tin (Sn)

o Copper (Cu)

o Manganese (Mn)

o Rare Earth Elements (REE)

o Nickel Laterite

o Other base or precious metal deposits


Technical Knowledge & Skills

• Strong understanding of structural geology, mineralization controls, geological mapping, and exploration methodologies.

• Experience in geological mapping, drilling supervision, core logging, sampling programs, and geological interpretation.

• Good analytical, problem-solving, and technical reporting skills.


Software Experience (Preferred)

Candidates with experience in the following software will have an advantage:

• Micromine

• Leapfrog Geo

• ArcGIS / ArcGIS Pro

• Oasis Montaj

• QGIS

• Microsoft Office Suite


Experience in 3D geological modelling, mineral resource modelling, resource estimation, geological database management, and geophysical data interpretation will be highly regarded.
