We are currently seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic recent graduate to fill the role of Executive Assistant to our Director with a focus on Marketing. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a marketing background to kick-start their career and play a crucial role in supporting our director in strategic initiatives.


Responsibilities:


Director Support: Provide administrative support to the Director, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence. Act as a liaison between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.


Marketing Coordination: Utilize marketing knowledge to assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment with the Director's vision and goals.


Project Management: Assist in the coordination and execution of special projects and events. Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure successful completion.


Communication: Draft and edit communications, presentations, and reports for the Director. Handle inquiries and requests on behalf of the Director in a professional manner.


Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel plans, accommodations, and logistics for the Director.


Qualifications:


Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.


Knowledge in Marketing Field: Strong understanding of marketing principles. Fresh graduates with internship experience or relevant coursework are encouraged to apply.


Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.

Additional Information:


Relocation Type: Permanent


Travelling Expenses: Flight Expenses will be covered by the Company in a form of reimbursement. In any case, should you fail your probation, you will be responsible to pay your own return air ticket and other related travel expenses.


Accommodation: You will be provided with shared accommodation based on the Company’s policy and arrangements. Should you choose to stay on your own, a housing allowance will be provided to you on a monthly basis.
