Job Responsibilities
Support the implementation of Continuous Improvement Culture (CIC) across the organization.
Conduct root cause analysis and identify improvement opportunities for business processes, customer complaints, and non-conformities.
Assist in planning, implementing, and monitoring corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Participate as an Internal Auditor in quality management system audits.
Standardize and maintain business process documentation in accordance with document control procedures.
Review and analyze quality, operational, and KPI data to drive performance improvement.
Facilitate Continuous Improvement, 5R, and Safety programs throughout the company.
Deliver training and awareness programs related to new standards, improvement initiatives, and quality systems.
Monitor the implementation of Suggestion Systems and Continuous Improvement projects.
Compile monthly departmental KPI reports and Management Review data.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and support sustainability initiatives, including CSR and environmental data monitoring.
Qualifications
· Minimum Diploma (D3) in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Management or related.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Basic understanding of:
Quality Management System (QMS)
Internal Audit
Continuous Improvement
PDCA Methodology
KPI Management
Document Control
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5R/5S, or ISO Management Systems will be an advantage.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Willing to work in Jababeka 2, Cikarang.
