Graphic Designer
Full Time | Bali-based
Reporting into: Founder / CEO
We're opening the doors to something different in Bali - and we need a Graphic Designer who can bring our ideas to life through thoughtful, beautiful, and impactful design.
Etta the Place is a new hospitality concept. Think design-led, unconventional, a little unexpected. Hotel, restaurants, events and creative projects - all under one roof.
We're looking for someone with a strong eye for detail, a passion for branding, and the ability to create visual assets that reflect the unique personality of Etta. This role will work across both digital and print, helping shape the visual identity of the brand from the ground up.
What you'll own:
→ Design creative assets for social media, website, email marketing and digital campaigns
→ Develop marketing collateral including menus, posters, flyers, brochures and event materials
→ Create branded templates and maintain visual consistency across all touchpoints
→ Produce graphics for hotel, restaurant and event promotions
→ Design signage and in-property visual materials when required
→ Collaborate with the marketing team on campaign concepts and creative execution
→ Prepare artwork for print and digital production
→ Maintain and organise the brand asset library
→ Ensure all designs align with Etta's brand identity and creative direction
→ Bring fresh ideas and creative solutions to every project
What we're looking for:
→ Bali-based Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio
→ Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign); experience with Figma is a plus
→ Experience in hospitality, lifestyle or F&B branding is an advantage
→ Strong understanding of typography, layout, colour and visual storytelling
→ Creative, detail-oriented and highly organised
→ Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
→ Adaptable, proactive and comfortable working in a collaborative environment
