Main Responsibilities
Manage export bookings with shipping lines and ensure timely shipment arrangements.
Prepare and process export shipping documents, including SI, VGM, and related documentation.
Coordinate with customers, shipping lines, trucking vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth export operations.
Monitor shipment progress and provide timely updates to customers.
Handle booking amendments and resolve operational issues related to export shipments.
Ensure compliance with company procedures and maintain accurate shipment records.
Qualifications
Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Maritime, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2 year of experience in Freight Forwarding, Shipping, Logistics, or Export Operations. Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.
Good understanding of export shipping processes and documentation.
Familiar with shipping line e-booking systems and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
Good communication and coordination skills with customers and internal stakeholders.
Able to communicate in English (Mandarin is an advantage).
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
