Job Descriptions:
Process, verify, and administer claims in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Receive, review, and verify the completeness of claim documents, including invoices, proof of transactions, and sales-related documents.
Ensure all supporting documents comply with the applicable promotion or sales program requirements.
Enter, maintain, and summarize claim data using the company's internal systems or software.
Submit claim payment requests and monitor the payment process with the relevant departments until completion.
Verify the accuracy and eligibility of claims based on the applicable promotion schemes and company policies.
Ensure claim payments are made only to eligible recipients.
Maintain and organize all claim documents systematically for audit purposes and future reference.
Coordinate with Finance, Sales, Marketing, and other related departments to obtain supporting documents and resolve claim-related issues.
Follow up on pending or outstanding claims to ensure timely resolution.
Prepare regular reports on claim status, outstanding claims, and other related data as requested by management.
Requirements:
Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in reviewing data and supporting documents.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and company database systems.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Able to work efficiently and meet deadlines.
Strong commitment to data accuracy, compliance with company procedures, and accountability.
Ability to communicate in English is preferred.
