We're Hiring a Marketing Manager (Lead)

Kiyo HQ ?

Kiyo is a Bali-built hotel management platform for hospitality owners across Indonesia and beyond. We sync listings across 100+ OTAs, ship in 12 languages, and cost 3–6x less than Hostaway and Guesty. The product is genuinely solid. What we don't have yet is a brand with zero followers, blank page, total open field.

For the right person, that's not scary. That's the best part. You build it your way, from scratch, and your fingerprints end up on everything.

And you won't be doing it alone. It's you, the founder, a junior editor right beside you, and a full AI marketing machine doing the heavy lifting in the background. We're a fun, fast, low-ego crew that likes making things and laughing while we do it.

DAY ONE

You walk in to a fully operational AI marketing dashboard. Scripts written overnight. Competitor analysis running 24/7. Fresh video ideas every morning. We built the machine and you get to run it. Review the queue, and film.

THE WEEK (Mon–Fri · 40 hrs)

Monday: plan the week together, review the AI scripts, pick the winners

Tue + Wed: film day (founder + you + team, mixed faces on camera)

Thu + Fri: edit, post, engage

The goal: ~25 pieces of content a week. We move fast and have fun with it. Volume wins.

WHAT WE OFFER

•? ?Rp 8–12 million/month + equity after a 6-month probation (specifics discussed in the interview)

•? ??$50–250/month in AI credits for ChatGPT, Claude, Seedance, Kling, or anything that makes you work faster and easier
