Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

  • Membuat Analisa Harga Satuan, RAB dan Bobot Pekerjaan serta Cost Control.

  • Menyusun dan membuat Bill of Quantity.

  • Mengusulkan perubahan-perubahan spesifikasi jika dipandang perlu untuk efisiensi perusahaan.

  • Mengikuti perkembangan material/bahan bangunan terkini (up to date).

  • Me-review gambar Planning & Design dengan Bill of Quantity yang dihitung.

  • Memantau setiap tahap konstruksi untuk memastikan bahwa biaya sejalan dengan perkiraan.


Kualifikasi :

  • Fresh Graduate/Pengalaman 1 tahun dengan pendidikan S1 Teknik Sipil/ Arsitektur

  • Menguasai Microsoft Office (MS Excell, MS Word & Power Point)

  • Menguasai Software AUTOCAD

  • Mampu membuat RAB & Cost Control Estimation

  • Mampu membaca gambar dari Planning & Design dan Penghitungan Bill of Quantity

  • Mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik

  • Mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan

  • Ulet, disiplin dan tanggung jawab

  • Diutamakan domisili Bandung
