Job Description : 

  • Melakukan dokumentasikan surat-surat masuk dan keluar (permintaan penawaran harga GL, SPK, dll)

  • Mempersiapkan kelengkapan administrasi yang dibutuhkan

  • Membantu PIC Event Organizer dalam proses administrasi permintaan pengadaan barang dan jasa

  • Membantu proses administrasi detail invoicing dan pertanggung jawaban kegiatan

  • Membuat rekapitulasi, melakukan update data dan rekonsiliasi

  • Mendokumentasikan, mengevaluasi serta melaporkan seluruh kegiatan kepada atasan langsungnya.


Kualifikasi:

  • Berpendidikan minimal Sarjana (S1) Any major.

  • Berpengalaman di bidang Administrasi minimal selama 1 (satu) tahun.

  • Berusia maksimal 30 (tiga puluh) tahun.

  • Dapat berbahasa Inggris (aktif/pasif) secara lisan maupun tertulis.

  • Domisili Balikpapan.
