Job Descriptions:
Create engaging video content for social media platforms (Instagram & TikTok)
Develop content concepts aligned with brand strategy, campaigns, and current trends
Handle end-to-end content production: concepting, shooting, and editing
Appear in front of the camera for product reviews, tutorials, and storytelling content
Collaborate closely with Social Media, Brand, and Creative teams
Support brand campaigns, product launches, and on-ground/offline events when needed
Monitor and evaluate content performance (reach, engagement, views)
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Content Creator or similar role (beauty/lifestyle industry preferred)
Strong understanding of Instagram & TikTok content trends
Confident and comfortable in front of the camera
Proficient in basic video editing tools (CapCut, VN, Canva or similar)
Creative, proactive, and open to feedback
Able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight timeline
Familiar with UGC-style content
Basic scriptwriting and storytelling skills
Active personal social media account with relevant content
Willing to work full-time at Cengkareng, Jakarta Barat
