Job Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of work experience in a similar position.
Strong communication, leadership, time management, problem-solving, negotiation skills, and strong attention to cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Have experience in supervising teams and managing direct subordinates.
Strong experience in cross-functional coordination with manufacturing plants, distributors, and branch operations.
Willing to travel to 7 Plants as required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
Job Descriptions:
Coordinate the renewal of third-party service contracts, including invoice verification and performance evaluation at the Head Office.
Oversee third-party service agreements, review invoices, and evaluate vendor performance across seven manufacturing plants.
Monitor and review requests for company operational expenses, including outsourcing services, business travel, permits, and other related costs.
Oversee the management and utilization of operational vehicles.
Maintain accurate records of company assets and monitor their condition and usage.
Ensure the availability, functionality, and proper condition of office equipment and work facilities.
Compile and prepare General Affairs (GA) reports including gallon water, stationery (ATK), photocopy services, catering, laundry, telephone, loading and unloading goods, waste management, and operational expenses.
Coordinate and supervise the daily duties of Drivers, Cleaning Service, Security, Messengers, and Office Boys (OB) at the Head Office.
Oversee building maintenance activities, including identifying facility issues and coordinating repair work.
