As a Logistics Team, you will be responsible for developing warehouse analytics and performance insights by monitoring operational KPIs, optimizing inventory and costs, supporting compliance, and delivering data-driven recommendations to improve warehouse efficiency.
What will you do?
Develop and maintain monthly warehouse performance dashboards to monitor key operational and inventory metrics.
Analyze warehouse operating costs, including cost per pallet, cost per order, and cost per SKU, and provide recommendations to improve cost efficiency.
Conduct warehouse slotting and layout analysis to optimize storage capacity, product flow, and operational productivity.
Monitor and evaluate vendor and trucking performance through compliance scorecards to ensure service quality and operational standards.
Prepare and maintain audit-ready documentation and datasets to support food safety and quality compliance, including temperature monitoring, allergen segregation, and product traceability.
Develop forecasting models to estimate warehouse storage requirements based on sales projections, inventory trends, and business growth plans.
Analyze warehouse and inventory data to identify operational improvements, increase inventory accuracy, and enhance overall warehouse performance.
Collaborate with Warehouse, Supply Chain, Logistics, and other cross-functional teams to provide data-driven insights that support operational decision-making.
Prepare regular reports and performance analyses for management, highlighting operational performance, risks, and improvement opportunities.
What are we looking for?
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Statistics, or a related field.
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in warehouse analytics, logistics analytics, inventory management, or supply chain analysis.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, dashboards, and data analysis.
Experience using ERP systems (NetSuite is preferred) and Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau is an advantage.
Good understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics processes.
Familiar with food safety and quality standards, including BRCGS, HACCP, and GMP.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data visualization skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
