JOB SUMMARY
To assist in the overall administration and management of employee compensation and benefits programs ensuring accuracy and efficiency of the Compensation and Benefits team.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in administering employee benefits by ensuring that all employees are enrolled in health and life insurance. Process benefit enrolment, changes and terminations accurately and in a timely manner.
- Respond to employee inquiries on timekeeping, compensation and benefits.
- In-charge of filing and safekeeping of documents and maintaining accurate employee records related to compensation, benefits and other related documentation. In-charge of ensuring that databases and monitoring systems are updated and complete.
- Ensure that all employees' government mandated records are updated.
- Assist with timekeeping and payroll processing and audit activities when necessary.
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the immediate supervisor and/or management
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION GUIDELINES
Education : Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations, Psychology, Human Resources Management
Experience : Preferably with 1-year related work experience in a similar role.
Other / Special Skills : Highly organized, detail-oriented, computer literate, good oral and written communication skills; good interpersonal skills
Contract Type: Project-Based (until December 31, 2026, with possible extension until June 2027)
