What you do :
Lead the development and governance of Product Portfolio Management (PPM) strategies to drive sustainable business growth.
Analyze portfolio and product performance, market intelligence, consumer insights, profitability, and Nielsen data to identify opportunities and risks.
Develop recommendations on product lifecycle management, budget allocation, resource prioritization, and growth initiatives.
Coordinate regional category performance reviews and align portfolio strategies across business units.
Lead cross-functional strategic projects and provide business insights, forecasts, and recommendations to support decision-making.
We are looking for you who :
Bachelor's Degree in Management, Information Systems, Marketing, Strategic Management, Business Analytics, Statistics, or related fields.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Strategic Planning, Product Portfolio Management, Business Controlling, Data Science, Management Consulting, or similar strategic roles within FMCG companies.
Strong expertise in portfolio management, business performance analysis, consumer insights, market intelligence, and Nielsen data interpretation, supported by strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills. Experience in multinational FMCG companies or international consulting firms is preferred.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and translate complex data into actionable business recommendations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, SQL, and other analytics tools. Python is an advantage.
Strong understanding of financial analysis, budgeting, commercial strategy, and business planning.
