Job Description :
- Operate rides and attractions according to safety and operational standards.
- Provide clear instructions and information to guests.
- Ensure the cleanliness and safety of ride areas.
- Respond to guest inquiries and handle issues or emergencies calmly and professionally.
- Work as part of a team to deliver a great visitor experience.
Qualification :
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a ride operator or working in theme parks, museums, or similar attractions is a 𝗽𝗹𝘂𝘀.
- Having a basic understanding of Keselamatan & Kesehatan Kerja (K3 Umum)
Certification in Occupational Safety and Health (K3 Umum), Ride Operator, or Tenaga Kerja Bangunan Tinggi (TKBT) is a priority qualification - Work experience in theme parks, shopping malls, or high-rise buildings
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Able to stay calm and professional during busy or high-pressure situations.
- Familiarity with attractions or theme parks is an added advantage.
- Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and during peak seasons.
