- Assist in sourcing and purchasing of food supplies, ingredients, and kitchen materials for canteen operations
- Procure office supplies, equipment, and other non-canteen requirements
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) accurately and in a timely manner
- Coordinate with suppliers regarding pricing, availability, and delivery schedules
- Maintain good relationships with accredited suppliers and vendors
- Request quotations and compare prices to ensure cost-effective purchasing
- Follow up on pending orders and ensure on-time delivery
- Coordinate with warehouse/kitchen team for stock replenishment
- Maintain organized records of purchases, invoices, and supplier contracts
- Assist in preparing procurement reports and cost analysis
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures
- Ensure all purchased items meet company quality standards
- Help identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality
- Provide administrative support to the procurement team
- Perform other related tasks as assigned by the supervisor
