This is not just a translation role. You'll work closely with our Creator Managers (CM), supporting creator operations, campaign coordination, and cross-functional projects in a fast-paced TikTok LIVE & MCN environment.
What You'll Do
- Translate and interpret daily communications, meetings, documents, chats, and business discussions between Mandarin and Indonesian.
- Act as the communication bridge between Chinese management and the Operations Team (Creator Managers).
- Coordinate operational tasks, project updates, and cross-team communication to ensure smooth execution.
- Follow up on campaign progress, creator operations, and action items with relevant stakeholders.
- Prepare meeting minutes, reports, and business documentation.
- Support management with operational coordination and project execution using Lark as the primary collaboration platform.
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Is fluent in Mandarin and Indonesian (HSK 5+ or equivalent preferred).
- Has experience in TikTok, ByteDance, MCN, Creator Economy, Influencer Marketing, Livestream Operations, TikTok Shop, or Digital Marketing.
- Has worked as a Mandarin Translator, Interpreter, Operations Coordinator, Project Coordinator, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
- Is comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
- Has excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Is proactive, detail-oriented, highly organized, and takes ownership of their work.
- Learns quickly, solves problems independently, and enjoys collaborating across teams.
- Is familiar with collaboration tools such as Lark, Google Workspace, or Microsoft Office.
Bonus Points If You
- Have experience supporting Chinese management or cross-border teams.
- Understand TikTok LIVE operations, creator management, or e-commerce campaigns.
- Have experience using Lark for project coordination and team collaboration.
