- Prepare and cook food in large batches according to standard recipes and event requirements
- Assist in pre-production and bulk preparation for upcoming events
- Ensure proper portioning, presentation, and food quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and prep areas
- Follow strict food safety and sanitation standards
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or wastage
- Support breakdown and post-event kitchen clean-up
Qualifications
- At least 1-3 years experience as LINE COOK, CDP, etc, primarily in the Hot Kitchen.
- Preferably has experiences with big batch productions.
- Willing to work flexible/early morning schedules.
- Willing to be assigned in TAGUIG
- Must be residing near TAGUIG CITY.
- At least graduate of High School graduate.
- Can Start ASAP.
