Job Description :
Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract the best candidates
Collaborate with users/stakeholders to understand hiring needs and job requirements
Assist in the HR administration, including maintaining employee records, contracts, and HR databases
Prepare HR-related documents, reports, and correspondence Assist in organizing company events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities
Qualification :
Experience as a Recruiter, HR Specialist, or Talent Acquisition Specialist is a plus (Internship Experience included)
Good English communication skills (written and spoken)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Bachelor's degree in Management, Psychology, or a related field is preferred
