Responsibilities:
Manage the timely and accurate preparation, review, and submission of all corporate tax compliance obligations in accordance with Indonesian tax regulations.
Review tax calculations, reconciliations, contracts, and business transactions to ensure accurate tax treatment and compliance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the accuracy of financial data and support tax reporting requirements.
Coordinate with the Indonesian Tax Authority (KPP) on tax inquiries, audits, assessments, and other tax-related matters.
Monitor regulatory changes and drive continuous improvements in tax compliance processes, documentation, and internal controls.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 7 years of experience in taxation, with a strong focus on tax compliance, preferably within the manufacturing or agrotechnology industry.
Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations, including VAT, Corporate Income Tax, Withholding Taxes, and tax reporting requirements.
Proven experience in preparing and reviewing tax returns (SPT Masa & SPT Tahunan), tax reconciliations, and supporting tax documentation.
Experience in handling tax audits, tax assessments, and correspondence with the Indonesian Tax Authority (KPP) is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or other similar accounting systems.
Brevet A & B certification is required; Brevet C will be considered an advantage.
Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet strict reporting deadlines.
