Job Purpose :
Bertanggung jawab melakukan monitoring, operasional harian, dan troubleshooting level 1 terhadap infrastruktur jaringan untuk memastikan ketersediaan layanan sesuai SLA.

Responsibilities :

Melakukan monitoring harian terhadap perangkat jaringan (Switch, Router, Firewall, Wireless, Load Balancer).
Menangani alert, incident, dan service request level 1.
Melakukan troubleshooting awal terkait konektivitas jaringan dan eskalasi ke tim L2/L3 jika diperlukan.
Monitoring performa, bandwidth, utilization, dan availability jaringan.
Membantu implementasi konfigurasi dasar sesuai arahan dan prosedur yang berlaku.
Melakukan pengecekan health status perangkat jaringan secara berkala.
Membantu pelaksanaan preventive maintenance dan firmware update.
Berkoordinasi dengan ISP, vendor, dan tim terkait untuk penyelesaian insiden.
Membuat dokumentasi operasional dan laporan berkala.
Memastikan seluruh aktivitas mengikuti SOP, SLA, dan proses Change Management.
