Follow up on the schedule of unit deliveries to customers and internal stakeholders.
Ensure site access and handling methods comply with the Installation & Operation Manual (IOM).
During unit placement, inspect units and accessories to ensure completeness.
Schedule and coordinate unit start-up or Testing & Commissioning (T&C) activities.
Prepare necessary materials and manpower for unit start-up / T&C, including Freon, Nitrogen (N?), tools, and technicians.
Monitor and follow up on customer payment progress related to project milestones.
Provide support in resolving sales-related project issues and technical problems on-site.
Submit requests for required materials, tools, and resources for project execution.
Coordinate and complete the project handover process, including preparation of BAST (Berita Acara Serah Terima / Handover Certificate).
Requirement :Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
Good understanding of project workflow, technical documentation, and site coordination.
Familiar with Testing & Commissioning (T&C), unit installation, and handover processes.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), and project scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project is a plus).
Basic knowledge of HVAC systems.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with customers, internal teams, and vendors.
Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
Willing to travel to project sites as needed.
Fluent in English
