Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Business Alignment
Develop strong understanding of Indonesia offline channel business models (GT & MT).
Participate in weekly and monthly sales meetings to ensure HR strategies are fully aligned with regional distribution targets and business KPIs.
2. Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end recruitment for all positions within the offline channel department.
Ensure timely fulfillment of manpower needs with high-quality candidates.
3. Performance & Productivity Management
Collaborate with sales leadership to design performance appraisal systems tailored to the Indonesian market.
Align KPIs (e.g., Numerical Distribution, New Store Opening/Listing, Planogram Compliance) with sales incentives and commission structures.
Monitor workforce productivity (Sales per Head).
Conduct talent reviews for underperforming regions and provide recommendations for improvement, restructuring, or replacement.
4. Legal Compliance & Employee Relations
Ensure full compliance with Indonesian labor regulations (Omnibus Law and related policies).
Manage employee relations, handle labor disputes, and oversee third-party outsourcing partners.
5. Training & Development
Drive corporate culture integration across sales teams.
Design and facilitate training programs to improve capability, performance, and team cohesion.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or related fields.
Experience
3–5 years of HR experience in FMCG industry.
Minimum 2 years experience as HR Business Partner (HRBP).
Experience in reputable FMCG companies (e.g., Unilever, Mayora, Indofood, Wings, or leading multinational/Chinese FMCG companies) is highly preferred.
Knowledge & Skills
Strong understanding of Indonesian Labor Law (Omnibus Law).
Familiar with Indonesian offline retail ecosystem (distributors, wholesale markets/Pasar, minimarkets, supermarkets).
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Able to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
