  • Oversee the company’s digital and offline brand presence, ensuring a strong, modern, and consistently relevant brand image.

  • Oversee the development of creative marketing content, including campaigns, advertising, press releases, social media, and digital assets.

  • Lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of company events, ensuring they are innovative, high-quality, and aligned with brand strategy.

  • Collaborate with tenants, partners, and external agencies to create events that attract customers and enhance overall mall experience.

  • Manage event budgets, timelines, and post-event performance analysis to maximize ROI.

  • Design and implement effective communication strategies to promote the events.

  • Oversee advertising, public relations, digital marketing, and promotional campaigns.

  • Strengthen media relations and manage partnerships with influencers, press, and community stakeholders.

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the Brand & Marcomm team, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and excellence.

  • Provide regular reports, updates, and recommendations to management on departmental performance and strategy effectiveness.
