• Corrects and on-time recording / processing of Delivery Instruction (DI), Periodic Maintenance Schedule (PMS) and Warranty Claim Report (WCR) service documents submitted by dealers to DMS.
• Ensures that service data in DMS are completed and updated.
• On-time processing of Dealer Incentive Claim Payment on DI, PMS and Warranty Labor on a monthly basis.
• Collects and encodes PDI report to database.
• Conducts CS Survey to customers
