Job Scope:
Process and administer monthly payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
Maintain and update employee payroll data, including salary adjustments, benefits, allowances, deductions, and tax information.
Review payroll calculations, investigate discrepancies, and resolve payroll-related issues and employee inquiries.
Generate payroll reports and ensure proper documentation and record management.
Utilize Oracle or similar systems to manage payroll operations while maintaining the confidentiality and security of employee information.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree (S1) from any relevant major
Minimum experience in Payroll Administration or Payroll Operations.
Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
Experienced in using Oracle or other similar HRIS/Payroll systems.
Strong understanding of payroll processes, employee data management, and payroll administration.
Detail-oriented with good analytical and organizational skills.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain confidentiality of employee information.
