Philman Solar Energy hiring NC II solar installer
- install solar modules, mounting structures, inverters, batteries, combiner boxes and other balance of system (BOS) components
- Read and interpret electrical plans, single-line diagrams (SLDs), layout drawings, and installation manuals.
- Perform rooftop and ground mounted solar panel installations.
- Assemble and secure mounting systems and solar modules according to engineering specifications
- Install elecrical conduits, wiring, cable trays, junction boxes, and grounding systems
- Conduct cable termination and proper electrical connections
- Assist in testing, commissioning and system energization
- Perform preventive maintenance, inspection and basic troubleshooting of installed solar systems
- Ensure all installations comply with the Philippine Electrical Code (PEC), Occupational sfety and health (OSH) standards and ocmpany quality procedures
- Properly use and mainntain installation tools, testing instruments and safety equipment
- Maintain accurate installation reports, daily accomplishment reports and project documentation
- Coordinate with engineerings, supervisors and project managers to ensure timely project completion
- Observe proper housekeeping and maintain a safe working environment at all times.
Job Qualification
- Graduate of TESDA solar systems installation NCII or equivalent certification
- Senior High School Graduate or Vocational /technical course graduate
- Knowledge of solar system components, installation procedures and basic electrical principles
- Ability to read electrical drawings, wiring diagrams and installation layouts
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools and electrical testing equipment
- Physically fit and willing to perform rooftop and outdoor installation work.
- comfortable working at heights and in varying weather conditions
- Willing to travel to project sites nationwide and redner overtime when necessary
- Knowledge of workplace safety procedures and proper use of PPE
- Team player with good communication and problem-solving skills
- Honest, relliable and capacity of working with minimal supervision.
