Placement: Jababeka Commissary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Admin to support procurement activities, manage purchasing administration, and ensure smooth coordination with vendors and internal teams for operational and new store opening needs.

Job Description

  • Handle Purchase Order (PO) processes for non-food vendors and support food-related procurement activities when required

  • Manage procurement administration, including collecting and preparing PO documents for new store opening preparations

  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure purchasing processes and documentation run smoothly

  • Support daily administrative and operational activities within the Procurement/Purchasing team

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Management, Business, or related field

  • Have experience in procurement, purchasing administration, or related administrative roles (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)

  • Familiar with PO processes and administrative documentation

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

  • Willing to be placed at Jababeka Commissary, Cikarang
