We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Admin to support procurement activities, manage purchasing administration, and ensure smooth coordination with vendors and internal teams for operational and new store opening needs.
Job Description
Handle Purchase Order (PO) processes for non-food vendors and support food-related procurement activities when required
Manage procurement administration, including collecting and preparing PO documents for new store opening preparations
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure purchasing processes and documentation run smoothly
Support daily administrative and operational activities within the Procurement/Purchasing team
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Management, Business, or related field
Have experience in procurement, purchasing administration, or related administrative roles (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
Familiar with PO processes and administrative documentation
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Willing to be placed at Jababeka Commissary, Cikarang
