Key Responsibilities

  1. Participate in cross-functional rotations across Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and R&D functions

  2. Support initiatives to improve operational efficiency, productivity, quality, and cost effectiveness

  3. Analyze business and operational data to identify improvement opportunities

  4. Lead and execute assigned improvement projects with measurable business impact

  5. Present project outcomes and recommendations to management

  6. Develop leadership and project management capabilities through structured learning and mentoring


Requirements

  1. Professional Pharmacist (Apothecary) qualification with a minimum GPA of 3.30

  2. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

  3. Maximum 2 years of relevant working experience

  4. Internship, organizational, or leadership experience will be an advantage

  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  7. Demonstrated leadership potential through academic, organizational, or extracurricular activities

  8. Willing to undergo cross-functional rotations and placement across Kalbe Consumer Health operations
