Qualifications
Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
2–3 years of experience in IT support or infrastructure.
Basic knowledge of networking, servers, LAN, Wi-Fi, CCTV, firewalls, and troubleshooting.
Good understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and enterprise software.
CCNA or MTCNA certification is preferred.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Disciplined, responsible, and able to follow company procedures.
Physically fit and willing to work at height when required.
Job Responsibilities
Monitor and maintain LAN and Wi-Fi networks to ensure maximum availability and minimize operational downtime.
Install, configure, and maintain IP and analog CCTV systems, including cabling, camera mounting, and system testing.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Windows, Linux, hardware, software, printers, and other IT equipment.
Perform preventive maintenance on CCTV cameras, Wi-Fi access points, and network devices, including cleaning, inspection, and equipment health checks.
Assist in IT infrastructure installation, system upgrades, and maintenance projects.
Coordinate with vendors when necessary and ensure all IT equipment operates efficiently and safely.
Prepare maintenance records and technical documentation.
