Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Campaigns – Lead national and regional marketing campaigns to build brand awareness and customer engagement.
2. Offline Marketing – Plan and execute store openings, roadshows, events, and community collaborations to enhance brand visibility.
3. Digital Collaboration – Work with HQ social media and content teams to adapt digital campaigns and ensure consistent brand communication.
4. Partnership Development – Build relationships with local KOLs, schools, and communities for co-branding and promotional activities.
5. Market Insight – Monitor local trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to provide data-driven recommendations.
6. Cross-functional Coordination – Collaborate closely with HQ, Regional Area Team, and Operational Stores for seamless campaign execution.
7. Reporting – Report directly to the CFO and CEO, providing insights and strategies to drive business growth.
Requirements
1) Experience as similar position "marketing manager" min 3 years.
2) Strong in digital marketing application & tools include Tiktok, Instagram & online marketplace.
3) Past experiences in consumer goods, preferably middle upper brands
4) Graduated min D3 or S1.
5) Excellent communication, leadership, and execution skills.
6) Ability to work under pressure and lead across functions.
7) Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic data tools;
8) Graduated min D3 or S1.
9) Domicile in Jakarta barat or Tangerang
