We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Planogram Supervisor to oversee and ensure the efficient and effective execution of planogram designs and product displays across our retail locations. The Planogram Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring planograms are not only aesthetically pleasing but also strategically designed to drive sales, enhance the customer experience, and align with the brand’s objectives.
Responsibilities:
Define, create, and modify eye-catching planograms that represent the brand’s aesthetics while aligning with the latest sales strategies.
Maximize product visibility, optimize space, and enhance the customer shopping experience.
Oversee the implementation of planograms across all store locations, ensuring compliance with company standards and maintaining visual consistency.
Collaborate with design teams, marketing, and product managers to develop innovative product displays that incorporate seasonal themes, promotions, and new product launches.
Ensure that product placement is data-driven, based on performance analytics, sales trends, customer behavior, and visual principles, to enhance cross-selling opportunities and increase sales.
Ensure proper placement and stock levels for all products, based on the latest planogram designs.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience working as Visual Merchandiser/Retail Designer or related field.
Bachelor's degree from any major.
Coming from the beauty industry experiences would become a point plus.
Fluent in English.
Solid experience in field of planogram/visual merchandising, including window displays, signs, and interior displays.
Knowledge of current visual merchandising trends and best practices
Creative and innovative thinker
Familiar with Sketch-up, Photoshop, Illustrator, or other visual design tools
Proficiency in Excel/Spreadsheet
Ability to analyze sales merchandising reports and survey results
Able to follow WFO policy
