Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and company safety standards on construction sites.
Conduct safety inspections and risk assessments for electrical works.
Monitor electrical installation activities to ensure safe working practices.
Implement and promote Electrical Safety (K3 Listrik) procedures.
Conduct toolbox meetings, safety inductions, and safety training.
Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
Prepare HSE reports and maintain safety documentation.
Coordinate with project teams to improve safety performance.
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, or related field.
Minimum experience in HSE within construction projects, especially electrical works.
Knowledge of electrical safety regulations and HSE standards.
Familiar with risk assessment, permit-to-work, and incident investigation processes.
Good communication and reporting skills.
Relevant HSE and Electrical Safety certifications are preferred.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
