Job Description
- Develop and implement HR & GA strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, learning & development, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and organizational development.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations, company policies, and healthcare industry standards.
- Oversee General Affairs operations, including office administration, facilities, assets, and vendor management.
- Partner with business leaders to build a high-performing organization and support business growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, Law, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisor or managerial head role.
- Strong knowledge of HR management, organizational development, labor law, and industrial relations.
- Experience in the healthcare industry or multi-business organizations is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office.
