What You'll Do:
- Ensure daily IT operational standards are met across the company
- Configure and troubleshoot network devices (routers, switches, firewalls, CCTV, servers)
- Perform automated backups (data, files, databases, operating systems)
- Maintain data and network security
- Provide helpdesk support for internal teams
- Conduct capacity planning for IT infrastructure
- Coordinate with vendors regarding IT needs
- Liaise with government institutions when required
- Willing to be on-site or on standby during major holidays or religious days
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years of experience with a D3/S1 in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Advanced Linux administration (CentOS, RedHat, Ubuntu)
- Strong IT security knowledge, including Linux firewalls and Cisco ASA
- Routing & switching experience with Cisco, Mikrotik, and Fortinet
- Familiar with open-source tools, monitoring systems, hardware troubleshooting, and system backups
- Experienced in web & email server administration (Apache/Nginx) and virtualization/virtual machine management
