Job Deskripsi
- Develop and implement strategist to engage and retain data and potential data through varois channels
- Develop, maintain, monitor and optimize CRM programs, including crafting content, managing system triggers, increased personalization, targeted segmentation, etc.
- Design a CRM journey and channels optimization using CRM tools
- Design and execute programs and events aimed at collecting donor data and fostering
- engagement.
- Execute the journey set up on the tools and manage all engagement related awareness and/or sales campaign
- Create brief and supervise the outcomes of the CRM design to the creative team (Designer & Copywriter) to ensure CRM design outcomes meet standars
- Monitor user journey performance [open rate, CTR, etc]
- Develop weekly and monthly report for CRM programs performance.
