Job Description:
Supervise incoming, in‑process, and final inspections; ensure SOP compliance.
Monitor quality trends and coordinate corrective/preventive actions.
Manage customer complaints and claims using 8D, 5 Why, and root-cause analysis.
Act as main customer contact for quality issues and ensure timely 8D submissions.
Oversee defect investigation, warranty claim handling, and cost recovery processes.
Lead containment actions internally and at customer sites.
Maintain QMS documentation, support internal/external audits, and prepare APQP/PPAP materials.
Train and guide QC/QA teams to strengthen quality problem‑solving capability.
Drive continuous improvement to reduce PPM, defect rates, and quality costs.
Requirement:
Min. Diploma in Industrial Engineering or any major related to the field.
Minimum 3 or more experience Years at the same position (at Japanese Manufacture Company).
Fluent in English and can speak Japanese is advantage.
