About The Role
We're looking for a Customer Retention Officer who is passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences. In this role, you'll help existing customers find the best solutions, resolve service-related concerns, and build long-lasting relationships by offering retention and loyalty programs. Your contribution will play an important role in keeping our customers happy and connected.
Key Responsibilities:
Build strong relationships with existing customers by providing the right solutions and helping them get the best value from our services.
Support customers through inbound and outbound communications, especially those at risk of discontinuing their services.
Listen to customer needs, identify the best solutions, and recommend products or service packages that match their expectations.
Requirements:
Previous experience in Telesales or Customer Service is highly preferred.
Familiar with Microsoft Office.
Basic English communication skills.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Customer-oriented with a passion for delivering excellent service.
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
Willing to be placed in Alam Sutera, Tangerang.
