We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Staff Automotive to join our dynamic team at Polyurethane Company. As a Sales Staff Automotive, you will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with our valued automotive clients. Job Description
Develop new business opportunities and expand existing customer accounts
Recieve and review customer requests for quotations (RFQs). coordinate with internal departements to prepare accurate quotations
Submit quatations and negotiable prices, commercial terms, and tooling cost with customers
Follow up on quotation status until sourcing decisions are finalized
Manage new project activities form RFQ through start of production (SOP)
Serve as the primary contact person for assigned customers
Coordinate with engineering, quality, production, purchasing, PPIC, Logistics, and accounting to meet customer requirements
Requirement :
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Account Management, preferably in the automotive manufacturing industry.
Good understanding of the automotive manufacturing process, including RFQ, quotation, tooling, trial, and Start of Production (SOP).
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Customer-oriented with excellent relationship management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Good command of both written and spoken English.
Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and technical specifications is an advantage.
Willingness to travel for customer visits and business meetings.
Possess a valid driving license (SIM A) is preferred.
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
High integrity, self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
