The Sales Development Representative (Appointment) generates qualified opportunities by engaging healthcare facilities, identifying hiring needs, building relationships, and scheduling meetings to drive employer acquisition and growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Conduct outbound calls, emails, and outreach to healthcare facilities and employer prospects.
• Identify decision?makers and initiate engagement with potential partners.
• Generate interest in recruitment solutions and services.
• Maintain consistent prospecting activity to build a strong pipeline.
• Assess employer hiring needs and qualify fit for services.
• Schedule meetings between prospective employers and Sales Managers.
• Confirm appointments and ensure strong attendance rates.
• Document prospect details, hiring needs, and engagement history.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and track outreach activities.
• Ensure data accuracy and adherence to sales processes.
• Build positive relationships with prospective employers through consultative communication.
QUALIFICATIONS
• High school diploma required.
• 2+ years of experience in outbound sales, appointment setting, lead generation, business development, or customer-facing roles.
• Strong English communication skills with the ability to confidently engage decisionmakers and conduct professional business conversations.
• Experience handling high-volume outbound calls and overcoming objections.
• Ability to build rapport, generate interest, and effectively qualify opportunities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
